S. 1593, Defenders of Freedom Tax Relief Act of 2007
It was designed to amend the 1986 act and to provide significant tax cuts for American troops, reservists and their families.   The Defenders of Freedom Tax Relief Act was designed to help members of the military save for retirement, purchase new homes and provide tax help for military personnel and their employers.  The Tax Defenders would like to acknowledge this important Act providing tax help for our troops and their families.
